User Data Deletion

At Codenius Tech, we value your privacy and are committed to giving you control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from our platform, please follow the instructions below.

1. What Data is Deleted?

When you request data deletion, the following information is permanently removed from our active servers:

• Personal profile information (Name, Email, Phone)
• Connected social media accounts (Facebook/Meta profile links)
• Application usage history and preferences
• Any uploaded content or media associated with your user ID

2. How to Request Deletion

You can request data deletion through the following methods:

Method A: Contact Support (Recommended)

Send an email to support@codeniustech.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account. Our team will process your request within 48-72 hours.

Method B: Facebook App Settings

If you signed up using Facebook, you can remove our app's access to your data by:

• Going to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
• Navigating to Apps and Websites.
• Finding Codenius Tech and clicking Remove.

3. Data Retention Period

After a deletion request is processed, your data is removed from our active databases immediately. However, some data may remain in our encrypted backup logs for up to 30 days before being fully overwritten. This is for security and disaster recovery purposes only.

4. Compliance

This deletion policy is designed to comply with global privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA, as well as Meta's Developer Policies regarding User Data Deletion.
